Cheryl and Norm / Wedding

Well, one thing you can say about Cheryl and Norm is that they are hot for each other! I loved how passionate, expressive, and loving they were. They were a blast to work with. I shot this wedding this weekend with Kristie from http://photographybykristie.com/

Arabian Horse Show out at Westworld

Well, I’ll admit I know nothing about horses other than they are beautiful. I went out to the Arabian Horse show on the suggestion of some of my family members and I thought that I would take some shots. It was a cold wet day so getting inside the tent to do this was more than welcome. Here are some of my favorites. You can check out the shots I kept by taking a look here. Click for pics.

I have my favorite from the session and my wife has her favorite. Which is which?

Kacey and Sadie Checking in

Every once in a while I have to devot a blog post to my two puppies. Kacey (the darker one) was the reason I bought my first camera. Sadie was my in-laws dog and when they moved out to a house without fences where Sadie would have to battle it out with Javelina and Coyotes, we offered to take her. Come on…Look at her. Do you really think she could battle a coyote? Plus, she has really turned into my dog.

1 week old Kaylee

Kaylee was just beautiful and was really easy to take photo’s of!  I am not sure if that was a result of her really smart mother for letting her take a nap right before I came, or if Kaylee is just awesome.  I bet it is a combination of the two.  Thank you Allie and Kevin for letting me come out and take some photo’s for you…you are two really lucky parents.  Congratulations again!  Here are a few from the session.

And one of their puppy…because I am a sucker for dogs.

Our new vehicle

Liz and I traded in the BMW that we had for the last three years.  It needed some work done and it was getting older.  We got this…a 2006 GMC Envoy Denali with only 9,300 miles on it.  We have really liked it so far.  It is strange though…I have never had so many people tell me that they were proud of Liz and I for purchasing a vehicle.

Chicago…The Snowy City

So I went Chicago last Thursday to hang out with a buddy to watch the Super Bowl.  I didn’t realize that there would be 10 inches of snow on Thursday and about another 8 on Sunday.

These were taken over the course of the weekend.  If you want to see all the images, click here …Pictures

Bored at the airport.

We were stuck inside one day…so we played some Guitar Hero.  I am a geek and can get on Medium almost all the way through the songs now.  My Friend however…he is the king of Guitar Hero in our circle.  This is him jamming out!
